Akyokus Cultural Center

Akyokus Cultural Center is located at the starting spot of a recreation valley in Akyokuş regeneration project. To have a big entrance square at the roadside the cultural center building is located in the slope of a small hill at the further edge of the plot. This square is an entrance to the valley, besides being the open air activity area of the cultural center. While the building offers a transparent facade to the square, it is embedded to topography at back and offers a terrace at the roof, serving as an observation spot for the people leaving the valley.
