BUILDING AND THE CONTEXT
The cultural park project area includes two separate functions as ROAD / Roadside Rest Facility and countryside/ Weekend Urban Use. To distinguish between these two different user profiles, the natural slope is used and the slope is divided into 4 main terraces.
STRATEGY
The project offers a gallery, to strengthen the feeling of a single space and to gather the functions of two different levels under one roof. In this way, while both spaces work separately and provide the necessary privacy for urban use at the weekend, they are united in a high and wide common space.
SHELL-ROOF
The roof form has been finalized in accordance with the gallery to strengthen the perception of the road approach, to optimize the volume of the interior space, to emphasize the perception and scale, and most importantly, to respond to the climatic needs in the best way.
