The flats of the residence are to be shared between the contractor and the landowners. The strick obligation of the design was the design of the totally equal flats for the landowners. In this respect, 12 floors of the housing mass, on top of the retail base, is designed without any specificity. From the 12th floor on, for the contractor’s flats, the project presents a dynamic massing and offers different flat types.
